Great job by “My Local IT Guy”. He was open late and allowed me to drop off my faulty Dell PC that evening.

He called to update me on progress and I collected the PC the following night. PC was demo’d to me fixed, working and also cleaned!

I forgot to mention a separate problem I had with the USB port on the PC, he simply sent me an email advising to just pop it back and he’d take a look at it. His work gets my endorsement and 5 stars..

I’m a reasonably techy guy, but this dead PC had me flummoxed; I had a panic as I had to deliver a project on my hard drive within 24hrs, stress! My Local IT guy not only said he’d fix for a set price, he said I could take the machine there and then!

Within 15 minutes he revived the dead beast!

There is NO ONE better within a 100 mile radius; he advised me on how to improve my set-up for no extra cost.

Brilliant Service! Had an issue with my laptop battery, My Local IT Guy took the time to research a new one and helped avoid any batteries that were scams on the spot.

The battery was ordered there and then and fitted in 24 hours. Saved me a lot of time and money!
